About The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer Project to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning and start up.
Job Description
- Develop, communicate, and implement detailed execution plans for assigned projects.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and cost to ensure alignment with the plan and profitability targets.
- Proactively resolve operational issues and minimize delays throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and coordinate the necessary resources internal and external to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Technical, Factory, Service) to secure specialized support.
- Manage and coordinate third-party contractors to ensure quality and integration with internal project activities.
- Monitoring on-site activities and support commissioning and start-up processes with internal or external service engineers.
- Monitoring troubleshooting efforts and managing issues during the warranty period.
What You Know
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Execution.
- Proven end-to-the-end project lifecycle experience: from initiation to closing.
- Hands-on experience in project reporting tools such as Click Up and PPM.
- Agile, proactive, and a strong problem solver.
