Project Evaluator-GLS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of GLS program and performance data.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting activities to support SAMHSA requirements, including SPARS reporting.
• Partner with the GLS Project Director and program staff to evaluate program goals, outcomes, and identified disparities.
• Develop clear, professional evaluation reports and support required grant reporting.
• Use surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other evaluation methods to gather meaningful feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Develop tools to evaluate community training and other program activities.
• Communicate findings, outcomes, and recommendations to internal teams, leadership, community partners, and SAMHSA.
• Translate evaluation findings into opportunities for program and process improvement.
• Support additional data coordination activities within the crisis department.
• Protect the confidentiality and security of collected information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in occasional in-state travel and minimal out-of-state travel for required conferences and learning opportunities.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, or research-oriented field required
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and/or reporting process and outcome data is required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required
• Experience in grant management preferred
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
