Serve as lead assessor at a Behavioral Health Crisis Center providing comprehensive clinical evaluations, intake documentation, discharge planning, oversight of non-clinical staff, care coordination with partners (EMS, law enforcement, community), culturally responsive care, and virtual support to other sites as needed.

Provide community-based, recovery-oriented support to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders: coordinate services, build life skills, connect to resources, assist with crisis and discharge planning, facilitate groups, accompany clients to appointments, and collaborate with an integrated clinical team to promote whole-person wellness.

As a Peer Specialist, you'll use your lived experience to empower clients in recovery by building trusting relationships, providing support, and collaborating on individualized wellness goals. You'll promote self-determination and connect clients to essential services and resources, while also educating and encouraging medication adherence and self-care.
