Develop, maintain, and optimize scheduled and ad-hoc reports from EHR and other data sources. Query complex relational databases, validate results, modify and test reports, deploy reporting solutions, support end users, and partner with leadership on projects, trainings, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, actionable data for organizational decision-making.

Greet patients and manage clinic front-desk operations, including appointment check-in and check-out, insurance and demographic verification, co-pay collection, scheduling support, phone assistance, paperwork, EHR data entry, and maintaining organized waiting areas. The role requires patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, strong customer service, and occasional travel between nearby clinic locations.

Supervise and develop PSR staff delivering behavioral health services. Oversee client-centered wellness plans, documentation, compliance, safety, transportation, resource access, audits, quality improvement, budgeting, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with clinical teams and community partners to promote recovery, holistic wellness, continuity of care, and client independence.

Provides peer support to individuals with behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders through ACT programs. Responsibilities include sharing recovery experiences, modeling coping strategies, supporting goals and treatment navigation, building resilience and community connections, participating on a clinical team, providing clinically indicated transportation, responding to crises during on-call hours, and completing required peer specialist training and certification.

Reviews patient records, identifies missing insurance information, completes Good Faith Estimates, updates primary care provider data, and performs chart review and data entry. The role supports billing, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient healthcare administration. It requires insurance billing experience with Medicaid and Medicare, healthcare-setting experience, attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provide lead clinical assessments for individuals in behavioral health or substance use crises, manage intake and discharge planning, supervise non-clinical staff during shifts, coordinate referrals and community/law enforcement partnerships, maintain compliant documentation, and offer virtual support to related sites.

Provides community-based behavioral health and substance use recovery support for adults. Responsibilities include helping clients set wellness goals, build daily living and coping skills, access healthcare, housing, financial, and community resources, coordinate care and transitions, document services, and provide transportation. The role uses motivational, strengths-based support and collaborates with integrated care teams and community partners.

Transports CPRC clients safely to appointments, groups, and community services. Plans routes, maintains vehicles, completes inspections and mileage logs, communicates respectfully with clients and care teams, adapts to scheduling changes, supports staff onboarding, and follows safety, confidentiality, and agency procedures while assisting adults with serious mental illness.

Greet and check in/out patients, verify insurance and demographics, collect co-pays, answer phones and assist scheduling, enter data into EHR, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, keep front office organized, and travel between nearby clinic sites as needed.

Provide community-based, person-centered support to individuals with mental health and substance use needs: assist with daily living, case management, treatment planning, crisis intervention, advocacy, transportation, and coordination with multidisciplinary ACT/STEPS teams, including some evening, weekend, and on-call hours.

Coordinates referrals and follow-up care across hospital, primary care, behavioral health, dental, and community services. Supports patients after hospital visits, assesses barriers such as transportation and housing, connects people with resources, promotes health literacy, documents care activities, and builds relationships with providers and community organizations.

Coordinates dental insurance verification, treatment estimates, referrals, and prior authorizations. Maintains accurate EHR and documentation records, communicates patient financial responsibility, tracks authorization status, coordinates specialty appointments, prepares reports, and supports collaboration among patients, dental teams, providers, and insurance carriers while following payer requirements and HIPAA standards.

Provides school-based behavioral health support to students and families. Responsibilities include coordinating with educators and behavioral health providers, delivering individualized coaching and skill-building, connecting families with community resources, completing wellness plans and documentation, advocating for student needs, and building long-term support systems. The role serves children and adolescents through a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and requires driving to school and community locations as needed.

Provide community-based, recovery-oriented support to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders: coordinate services, build life skills, connect to resources, assist with crisis and discharge planning, facilitate groups, accompany clients to appointments, and collaborate with an integrated clinical team to promote whole-person wellness.

As a Crisis Clinician, you'll assess individuals in crisis, provide evaluations, oversee non-clinical staff, and collaborate for timely care.

Provide immediate, trauma-informed crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in person; perform Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations; stabilize and refer individuals to appropriate services; coordinate care with teams and community partners; document services and maintain compliance; participate in supervision and regional travel for hybrid, office-based shifts.

Provide community-based behavioral health and substance use recovery support to adults. Assist clients with wellness plans, daily living skills, resource navigation, skill-building, transition support, documentation, and coordinated care.
