Use lived experience with behavioral health or substance use recovery to provide peer support within ACT/ACT TAY/STEPS teams. Share recovery experiences, assist goal-setting, connect clients to community resources, provide transportation when indicated, participate in treatment teams, complete required state training/certification, and provide on-call crisis intervention (nights/weekends).

Support patients and community members in understanding and enrolling in public health insurance (MO HealthNet, CHIP). Provide outreach, education, application assistance, appeals support, documentation processing, data entry into EHRs/shared databases, and coordinate with internal departments to confirm coverage and maintain eligibility.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for Assertive Community Treatment teams: greet clients, triage calls, manage schedules, perform data entry (CIMOR), assist with records, billing accuracy, financial intakes, and support clinical staff and workflows in a community-based mental health setting.

Provide trauma-informed, patient-centered nursing care to children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, monitor and document patient progress, provide education and emotional support to patients and families, mentor new nursing staff, and participate in quality improvement and continuing education. Overnight schedule Wednesday–Friday.

Provide administrative support to department leadership by managing communications, coordinating meetings and logistics, preparing documents and reports, maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards, supporting community engagement, and identifying process improvements. Travel within Missouri required to support leadership meetings.

Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff; maintain prescription records and third-party reimbursements; oversee mail-order processes and inventory; ensure storage, distribution, and regulatory compliance; review and approve inpatient and outpatient medication orders; collaborate with clinical teams and support community outreach to improve rural medication access.
