How you’ll make an impact

 

  • Lead manufacturing projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
  • Oversee equipment installation and support production line start-ups
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost
  • Partner with teams to implement automation and technology solutions
  • Resolve manufacturing and quality issues, driving corrective actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • Experience in manufacturing project management
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
