  • Lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through implementation and production release.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer activities.
  • Coordinate engineering changes, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading or coordinating engineering, manufacturing, or operational projects.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and ERP/MRP systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer projects.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with engineering change management and product lifecycle processes.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
