- Deliverable Management: Coordinate engineering outputs across internal teams and external consultants to ensure strict alignment with project timelines.
- Document Control: Review and track Submittals, RFIs, and design documents, ensuring rapid resolution of technical bottlenecks.
- Technical Packages: Support the preparation of critical documentation for permitting, construction, and transition-to-occupancy phases.
- Technical Alignment: Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure field execution matches the high-spec design intent of the facility.
- On-Site Oversight: Participate in regular site walks and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Verification: Directly track and verify field installations against engineering documentation to prevent rework.
- Data Insight: Analyze project data to support forecasting, risk tracking, and overall performance reporting.
- Stakeholder Updates: Prepare dashboards, logs, and progress reports for internal leadership and project stakeholders.
- Integrity: Maintain organized, up-to-date project logs to ensure a "single source of truth" for the site.
- Team Synergy: Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Operations to ensure a seamless project lifecycle.
- Alignment: Participate in cross-functional meetings to synchronize milestones and mitigate risks.
- Process Growth: Support the development of best practices and process improvements to scale efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related) is preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in engineering support, construction coordination, or technical project management. Experience in Data Centers or heavy infrastructure is a significant advantage.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and advanced Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
- Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots, is required.
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.
