Key Responsibilities
- Selects and develops team members, and applies countermeasures to improve team deficiencies. Teaches project management fundamentals to team members.
- Plans and manages timeline, budget and team to execute a single major project or multiple projects of lesser complexity. Implements countermeasure plans to programs that don't meet schedules.
- Ensures compliance to existing Regalrexnord project management processes and recommends process improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Specific responsibilities and goals are also scoped in personal EPS and KPI.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have proven experience…
- 4 years engineering degree minimum from an accredited College or University
- Strong Problem-solving, Communication ,influence and decision-making, project management skills
- Project Management experience minimum 3 years with cross functional working experience in the design or specification of electric motors or in project management, etc.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a split and cross functional working environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills of both English;
- Six Sigma and reliability experience is a plus.
- Good command of motor or Fan engineering knowledge is preferred.
