In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring safe, healthy and environmentally responsible project execution across multiple sites and cultures.
- Supporting implementation of EHS policies, standards and procedures across overseas projects
- Ensuring construction and commissioning activities comply with local EHS laws, company standards and applicable food/pharma GMP‑related EHS requirements
- Conducting EHS risk assessments, defining mitigation measures and following up on corrective actions
- Monitoring contractor compliance with site safety plans, method statements, permits to work and PPE requirements
- Performing site inspections and audits, identifying unsafe conditions or behaviors and driving preventive actions
- Supporting incident and near‑miss investigations, root cause analysis and lessons‑learned sharing across project sites
- Supporting environmental compliance related to waste, wastewater, air emissions, noise, dust and chemical handling
- Coordinating EHS inductions, toolbox talks and on‑site safety communication
- Preparing regular EHS reports, including KPIs, incidents, inspections and action tracking, for project and management teams
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in construction and/or industrial project environments
- Solid knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices for construction or industrial sites
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations and follow through on corrective actions
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and multinational teams
- Proactive, hands‑on mindset with willingness to spend significant time in the field
- English proficiency suitable for technical EHS communication, reporting and training
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, biotech, cleanroom or other regulated process industries
- Previous experience working on overseas or multicultural project sites
- Additional local language skills relevant to project locations
- Valid DLPW‑related or equivalent EHS certifications
