Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage packaging projects, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure packaging solutions align with product specifications and brand guidelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new packaging designs and materials.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance packaging efficiency and sustainability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for packaging-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in packaging engineering or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
