Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage packaging projects, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure packaging solutions align with product specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new packaging designs and materials.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance packaging efficiency and sustainability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for packaging-related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in packaging engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
