Project Engineer
Location: Slough (Onsite)
Salary: £50,000-£60,000+ Bonus + Benefits

What are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering engineering projects from concept to implementation.
- A collaborative approach to managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional progress.
- Ability to use data and insight to make decisions and manage change.
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the planning, specification, procurement, and startup of new process and mechanical equipment.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and contractor management — delivering work safely and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of capital projects.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve operational challenges to avoid delays.
