This position reports to:
Principal Project Engineer__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
- Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.
- Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
- Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, CREO and Solid works.
- Solid knowledge in some ERP (SAP, Oracle or related), Excel and Power BI.
- Advanced English is required.
- You are passionate about hands-on learning, problem-solving, and skilled in effective communication and teamwork.
