This position reports to:
Principal Project Engineer__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Shopfloor support for the production lines for LVMCC and LIS providing guidelines and technical support.
Help and support multidisciplinary teams in the factory through the shop floor support team.
Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, and timely implementation within the targeted cost.
Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, electromechanical, or a related engineering field.
4+ years of experience in similar positions as an electrical project engineer or as senior designer.
Experience in electrical design for LV MCC / LV SWG or MV equipment.
Experience in electrical control, wiring diagrams, electrical components.
Experience with wiring software (EPLAN, AutoCaD electrical, Creo).
Knowledge of SAP.
Experience in engineering projects and installation of electrical equipment.
Experience leading teams of 6+ people.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
