Title:
Project EngineerJob Responsibilities:
Under general supervision: Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client.
Responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client, focusing on providing client satisfaction.
Possess knowledge of Oil and Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry.
Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.
May also serve as the proposal manager for medium-sized projects.
Job role includes some budgetary accountabilities.
Manage internal and external project interfaces.
Responsible for the delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress.
Support the management of change process on the project, including the development of discrete schedules and budgets.
Support the identification and management of risks on the project, including the development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience.
Experience with an Oil and Gas engineering company handling onshore and offshore projects.
Experience in coordinating and serving as the focal point for mechanical equipment procurement, including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings, and liaison with mechanical package engineers and client engineers.
Knowledge of multi-discipline execution of offshore projects.
Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE, and Navisworks.
Knowledge of digital delivery of projects is preferred.
