We are looking for experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers with hands-on experience in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Underground Drainage (UGD) project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong on-site execution experience and the ability to manage construction activities, technical coordination, and project progress on-site.
Execute Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Underground Drainage (UGD) works on-site.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Analyze and interpret process plant drawings and construction drawings.
Prepare and review estimations, BOQs, and bar bending schedules.
Manage sub-contractor billing and work progress.
Monitor site manpower, material usage, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
RequirementsRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3-6+ years of relevant construction experience depending on role.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
Experience in structural and finishing works.
Basic knowledge of site store management and material control.
Ability to manage on-site execution activities independently.
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
Site Engineer
Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil construction.
Experience in STP / UGD project execution preferred.
Project Engineer
Minimum 6+ years of experience in civil construction.
Must have completed at least 2 STP projects.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- Experience executing STP and UGD projects
- Completion of at least two STP projects for Project Engineer roles
