Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems or the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market, and a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.
- Plan and develop project plan
- To identify potential project risk and take appropriate actions to close the gaps with respective stakeholders timely
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering on the technical deliverables: spec review, BOM, drawings, and ensure PO is trigger by sales correctly within required time.
- Chair discussions to resolve indirect and direct material issues with Materials team
- Initiate and attend conference calls with Customer/Internal or any ad-hoc meeting activities.
- To support project manager in Project scheduling & update material need date in SAP on time especially when there is any pull in/push out by customer.
- Ensure all Engineering Change Request/Order (ECR/ECO) are submitted for Pilot and production,
- conduct necessary ECO reviews, and track all ECOs to ensure cut-in on schedule
- To liaise with production, quality & buyer team for RMA closure
- Initiate and propose improvement in working environment, daily task, trackers, tools apps, and any best practices.
- Monitor and report project status to the Project Manager regularly
- Review Open SO on the project OTD before every prior to month end to ensure meet customer goals and company's KPI.
- To review & manage inventory status
- To automate & improve workflow for project management efficiency

Skills Required
- Experience using SAP for material scheduling, BOM and PO management
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Risk identification and mitigation with stakeholders
- Coordinate spec review, BOM, drawings and ensure timely PO issuance
- Manage and track Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO) and conduct ECO reviews
