Project Engineer, Onshore Wind Due Diligence (Dubai)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Project Engineer to join the Onshore Wind Due Diligence team.
The role involves coordinating logistics, preparing tender materials including OTS, RFQs, and RFPs, and developing assembly strategies for large-scale wind farm projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for Owner's Engineering processes related to tender and OTS.
• Be responsible for managing the implementation of large and complex projects.
• Provide overall leadership and support to project team members.
• Act as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
• Manage the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
• Manage stakeholders' communication.
• Plan the overall project and monitor the progress; perform daily project management throughout the program life cycle.
• Adhere to program and project governance (controls). May have input into defining the project governance (controls).
• Manage the projects budget and financial performance.
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.
• Manage and utilize resources.
• Align the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the Delivery team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Owner's Engineering related to onshore projects for both phases (development and construction).
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with senior stakeholder reporting and escalation experience.
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
• Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
• In depth understanding of project management concepts.
