Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules and financials under the direction of Project Manager.
  • Interact with clients, customers, subcontractors, and others.
  • Attend project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments.
  • Responsible for Information Management and Document Control.
  • Organize files, downloads, uploads, and meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for Tracking and Closure of RFIs and Submittals.
  • Responsible for coordination and submittal of Record Drawings.
  • Assign tasks to and coordinates work with discipline team members to complete assignments.
  • Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements.
  • Act as Project Manager for a small project.
  • Work under the guidance of more senior staff.
  • Evaluate, select, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks.
  • Collaboratively use judgment to determine adaptations in methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments.
  • Work on small projects or portions of larger projects.
  • Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or similar.
  • Prior experience in a renewable energy construction or engineering environment is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a project engineer or in an engineering consulting or construction project management role is required.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to be both creative and analytical.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
