Works under senior engineer guidance while following IEEE, NESC, NEC, utility, quality, and safety standards.

Support the President and leadership team by managing complex calendars, meeting preparation, communications, domestic travel, expenses, confidential information, events, and personal logistics. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while handling local errands in the Oakland area. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, excellent communication, Microsoft 365 proficiency, schedule flexibility, and reliable driving for a hybrid work schedule.

Lead renewable energy engineering projects from kickoff through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables; coordinate internal teams and subconsultants, manage risks and invoicing, serve as client contact, and mentor junior staff to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Lead and perform complex power system studies (short-circuit, arc-flash, load-flow, harmonics), design collection systems, build interconnection models, produce client-ready reports, manage multiple projects, mentor junior engineers, and apply tools like ETAP and Python to automate analyses for large-scale renewable energy projects.

Lead demand-capacity forecasting for 800+ renewable projects: build and maintain WBS and planned-hours models, translate utilization and pipeline metrics into hiring and staffing recommendations, coordinate cross-functional resourcing, drive data quality and variance reporting, own forecasting system of record, and present forecasts to executive leadership.

Support HR functions including compliance, payroll/timekeeping, benefits and leave administration, mandated reporting (EEO, ACA), and general HR administrative tasks. Track timesheets, update regulatory postings, assist enrollment and claims paperwork, handle confidential documents, and participate in mentorship and training.

Lead and produce detailed, constructible 3D electrical models and drawings for utility-scale PV and BESS projects using Autodesk Inventor. Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, resolve constructability conflicts, approve deliverables, mentor designers, set modeling standards, and support procurement, fabrication, and client reviews to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Lead firmwide CAD standards, templates, and content libraries for utility-scale solar, BESS, and substations. Manage AutoCAD/Civil 3D configurations, QA/QC drawing audits, implement CAD tools and automation, train and mentor drafting staff, and partner with engineering and automation teams to standardize and improve drafting workflows.
