Leads Revamp’s information security program and IT architecture across on-premises and cloud environments. Owns identity, endpoints, networking, backup, incident response, disaster recovery, policies, assessments, compliance, vendor management, technology strategy, and security risk reporting. Acts as the hands-on incident lead and technical authority while supporting staff technology needs, managing providers, and building the internal IT and security team.

Senior contributor on high-voltage substation design focused on protection & control and physical design. Lead QA/QC, redline and cross-check drawings, produce complex plans and specifications, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients, and perform occasional field visits (~10%). Serve as technical resource across projects and may act as Engineer of Record if eligible.

Support the President and leadership team by managing complex calendars, meeting preparation, communications, domestic travel, expenses, confidential information, events, and personal logistics. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while handling local errands in the Oakland area. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, excellent communication, Microsoft 365 proficiency, schedule flexibility, and reliable driving for a hybrid work schedule.

Lead firmwide CAD standards, templates, and content libraries for utility-scale solar, BESS, and substations. Manage AutoCAD/Civil 3D configurations, QA/QC drawing audits, implement CAD tools and automation, train and mentor drafting staff, and partner with engineering and automation teams to standardize and improve drafting workflows.
