Design, document, and support repair processes for downhole/oilfield components: create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and PDM records; evaluate damage, recommend repairs, perform RCA, and support welding, hardfacing, thermal spray, machining, supplier qualification, and field investigations to improve reliability and lifecycle costs.

- Experience with Drilling Services, Wireline Services, or Downhole Tools preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design, GD&T, Engineering Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and DFM principles.
Technical Skills

- Product Data Management (PDM)
Preferred
- Knowledge of API standards and Oil & Gas engineering practices.
- Familiarity with ASME Section IX and welding qualifications.
- Experience with hardfacing, thermal spray coatings, and surface engineering.

- Autodesk Inventor Experience
- Windchill PLM & AutoCAD
