Lead Weatherford's China technology strategy and localization roadmap. Identify technologies for localization/licensing, develop strategic partnerships and supply chains, manage commercialization and go-to-market models, protect IP and quality, drive technology adoption, and measure commercial and localization performance to grow the Chinese market.

Coordinate customer needs, schedule employees by competency, dispatch crews and equipment, manage inventory, compile operations reports, liaise between customers and operations, and support equipment preparation and maintenance within Weatherford facilities.

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts to optimize production efficiency and quality. Support ALS tendering by preparing technical and commercial proposals for artificial lift systems (RRL, jet pumps, gas lift). Run AL modeling, create equipment lists, source equipment, coordinate with stakeholders, collect win/loss and market data, ensure QHSE and quality compliance, and assist technical sales in presentations and BSA preparation.

Support Enterprise Performance Improvement by building financial models, tracking KPIs, coordinating monthly tax returns and trial balances, preparing statutory reports and audit documentation, and supporting project teams with financial analysis and FP&A processes.

Support design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Conduct compensation analyses, manage salary structures, administer annual merit and incentive processes, partner with finance, payroll, HRMS and vendors, develop reports/dashboards, participate in HR technology projects, and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.

Sell Weatherford Gas Lift systems by providing technical expertise at customer sites, developing client value propositions, generating revenue through sales plans, supporting cross-selling, and coordinating internal resources to resolve issues and improve margins. Maintain CRM usage, relay competitive intelligence, participate in sales training, and meet annual targets.

Sell Weatherford Well Services and Well Intervention solutions within assigned accounts to meet revenue and margin targets. Manage opportunity pipeline, tender responses, pricing, contract review, customer engagement, and cross-product selling while ensuring HSE, quality, and stakeholder communication.

Design and execute product development for liner hanger systems: perform engineering calculations, create 3D models and drawings in Creo, manage BOMs and PLM records, validate prototypes, ensure API standard compliance, support manufacturing ECN/NCR/CPAR processes, and collaborate with global teams to improve manufacturability, cost, and quality.

Lead regional commercial and technical strategy for Wireline portfolio, drive revenue growth and market share, manage tenders/quotations and pricing, support high-value bids, oversee sales pipeline in Salesforce, coach regional technical sales team, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction, and enforce HSE and quality standards.
