WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) and at least five (5) years of experience supporting engineering departments within the Pharmaceutical Industry or GMP facilities. 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written). 
  • Experience in:
    • Construction and complex industrial facilities. Including safety elements.
    • Familiarity with Utilities and building systems common in GMP facilities (mechanical, electrical, process utilities) and their impact on both safety and operations.
    • Coordinating construction in or near live production environments, including shutdowns, tie‑ins, and work in controlled areas.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Responsible for the support and implementation of various projects.
  • Support budgets and cross-functional teams of programmers, analysts, engineers, chemists, and network specialists.
  • Support all aspects of projects including the scope development, initial design, acquiring permits, bidding process, proposal evaluation, creating a budget, scheduling construction, overseeing field operations, change control, commissioning, and validation process.
  • Coordination required with production areas to achieve project schedule objectives.
  • Develop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans.

Skills Required
