WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least five (5) years of exposure in project management life cycle within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English.)
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Project Management skills.
- Capital Projects (Construction, Facilities & Utilities)
- All project stages: developing documentation: change controls, business cases, scheduling, etc.
The Personality Part:

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Provide technical interpretation of design documents.
- Execute work by quality standards and site requirements.
- Perform assignments independently with minimal guidance as to the general results expected, often dealing with unusual or complex problems.
- Provide direction and regular contact to consultants, vendors, and contractors assigned to the project.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all parties.
- Keep site management informed of all circumstances that could affect projects.
- Prepare weekly project reports detailing project progress.
- Review and compare discipline drawings for inconsistencies, omitted information conflicts, etc.
- Interface between craft and engineering to resolve drawing issues.
- Interact with disciplines: subcontracts, material management, project controls, and automation tools.
- Coordinate system completion and turnover, requisition project materials, equipment, and services prepare quality control forms, and coordinate inspection.
