Works closely with the Project Management Team and maintains awareness of document control amongst project team members, JV Partner, and client by informing, explaining, and training the procedures and tools;
- Checks documentation to ensure that Client Requirements are met with regards to Document Control. Take measures if the quality of documents is below standard and not acceptable;
- Manages the flow of communication on the project;
- Updates/adjust the standard document control procedures for the project and throughout the project lifecycle;
- Is responsible for managing the project’s Document Management System (DMS), assists on implementation and fully controls the permissions setup;
- Manages every process step the document takes in the document lifecycle, from draft until archiving;
- Follows up on assigned tasks in an accurate, structural, and punctual way, bringing them to a close.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or similar through experience;
- Have an administrative background with a focus on policy & processes;
- Advanced digital skills in Office, basic skills in Data Management Systems are a plus;
