- Understands and consistently executes all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
- Prepares schematic designs that optimize design solutions and plans with responsibility for presentation drawings, models, and narratives.
- Understands overall project goals and constraints, including client values, construction and design budget limitations, and schedule requirements.

- Advanced Revit and BIM proficiency
- Proficiency with Rhino and Grasshopper (conceptual modeling)
- Experience with visualization tools such as Enscape and VRay
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (InDesign, Photoshop emphasized)
- Experience with environmental analysis tools (Ladybug, Climate Studio)
- Knowledge of building codes, life safety requirements, and construction methods
