Description

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitory of projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers. This role ensures project activities remain organized with project scope, schedule, and budgets. This role supports the Regional Sales Managers and communicates project issues timely, concisely, and with proactive solutions.     

Key Responsibilities not limited to:

  

Technical Oversight

  • Understand BRD products and solutions to coordinate scope, schedule and budget for internal and external customers
  • Mechanical/HVAC Technical knowledge to understand equipment treated, and solution integration, and installation process
  • Understand customer/project needs to develop project charter and timeline 

Management and Strategy

  • Establish budgets, deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects. 
  • Collaborate effectively to facilitate project tasks with parties involved, audit project documents/scope, and manage project completion.  
  • Operate in a strong team environment providing project leadership by keeping team appraised of goals and activities 
  • For select projects, spend time in field managing a job and/or installation process

Company and Industry Leadership

  • Participate in and promote industry relevant organizations (ASHRE, INCE, etc.)
  • Maintain awareness of market and industry trends

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and comfort discussing technical topics.
  • Preferred: project planning, field support, or HVAC experience.

Skills:

  • Integrity, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
  • Strong time management, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to visualize equipment-related designs.
  • Travel required up to 35%

Work Environment:

  • Mix of office and occasional fieldwork, including exposure to mechanical equipment, weather, and varied temperatures.
  • Ability to lift 20–40 lbs.
