Applies process improvement, lean manufacturing, statistical, and database management principles across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Leads strategic, operational, and cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and closeout. Establishes project plans, milestones, ownership, governance, metrics, budgets, risk registers, and reporting. Coordinates stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and operating companies while driving accountability without direct authority. Provides leadership updates, escalates risks, improves processes, and supports efficiency, cost reduction, standardization, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Performs product, material, and system validation for vibration isolation and seismic/noise control products. Plans and conducts laboratory and external testing, prepares fixtures, manages test protocols, calibration, data collection, and reporting. Coordinates labs, contractors, suppliers, internal teams, project engineers, and customers while supporting test plans and quality activities. The role requires laboratory equipment operation, mechanical tools, occasional extended hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 25–50% travel, including possible international travel.

Set up and operate machine and hand tools, perform layout and in-process inspections, maintain equipment and inventory, instruct junior operators, and ensure production quality and safety while working independently in a production environment.

Lead and scale an enterprise PMO to govern prioritization, resource allocation, and disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, capital projects, manufacturing modernization, and ERP (Epicor Kinetic) transformations across multi-site operations.

The Cost Accountant analyzes material and labor costs, maintains the cost accounting system, ensures inventory accuracy, and develops annual budgets.

Lead multi-site manufacturing operations, driving production, supply chain coordination, S&OP, ERP discipline (Epicor Kinetic), Lean continuous improvement, safety, quality, and capacity planning to meet delivery and financial targets.

Design sheet-metal HVAC accessories using AutoCAD, maintain accurate BOMs and ERP product data, produce product documentation, and collaborate with production, quality, sales, and purchasing to ensure manufacturable designs.
