Lead multi-site manufacturing operations, driving production, supply chain coordination, S&OP, ERP discipline (Epicor Kinetic), Lean continuous improvement, safety, quality, and capacity planning to meet delivery and financial targets.

The Engineering Manager oversees engineering execution and leadership, ensuring project delivery meets customer requirements and quality standards while driving continuous improvement in tools and processes.
