We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates Welcome) with a strong interest in project and operations support across multiple teams. This role helps keep projects organized and moving forward by supporting task tracking in Jira, maintaining documentation, and assisting with the monitoring and coordination of software/infrastructure subscriptions.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and communicates clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables using Jira.
  • Help maintain Jira boards, workflows, issue types, custom fields, filters, and dashboards (training provided as needed).
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to track progress and support project updates.
  • Schedule and support meetings; take notes/minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Flag risks, bottlenecks, and delays early, and help keep the team aligned on next steps.
  • Assist with preparing and sharing project status updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Keep project documentation and artifacts updated, organized, and easy to find.
  • Support teams using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies (you don’t need to be an expert—just willing to learn).
  • Help manage and track software and infrastructure tool subscriptions, including:
  • Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of tools used across teams.
  • Supporting renewal tracking and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinating with finance/procurement to ensure subscriptions are paid on time.
  • Helping track usage and cost efficiency of active subscriptions.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding by helping manage user access to subscribed platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed for service issues, upgrades, or renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong interest in project coordination, operations, or tech project support.
  • Familiarity with Jira is a plus (school projects, internships, or personal use counts).
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort coordinating with multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, org leadership, or project-based experience (capstone projects count).
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to tools like Confluence, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Any experience tracking tools/subscriptions, assets, or inventories (even in school/org settings).
