Project Coordinator

This is a remote where you will collaborate closely with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager, supporting both project delivery and recruitment processes.

PROJECT

You will be part of a fast-paced, people-focused project environment where collaboration, continuous improvement, and high team morale are key priorities. Projects span various domains, offering opportunities to work with Agile methodologies, modern collaboration platforms, and AI-powered process optimization.

• Collaborate with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager to ensure efficient project delivery and high-performing teams
• Support project life cycle activities including kick-off, closure, and handover
• Drive people-focused initiatives: monitor team morale, conduct face-to-face meetings, coach team members on people-related topics, contribute to performance reviews, and support career roadmaps
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling and conducting interviews
• Develop and maintain project documentation: status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
• Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize processes
• Experience in people management activities, including recruitment and team development
• Team-player attitude with a proactive and positive approach
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
• Upper-Intermediate English

WILL BE A PLUS

• German language skills
• Some experience or knowledge as a Scrum Master
