You will:
- Work on a variety of international projects, including but not limited to Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, a cross-border exchange program that gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in European countries;
- Work closely with potential participants to ensure the timely and successful processing of the application;
- Assist with the preparation of the documents (business plan, CV) necessary for the application;
- Provide follow-up services to increase the program’s impact;
- Support participants throughout the exchange process (relationship building and arranging details of the exchange, preparation of financial agreements, and collection of proof of attendance from participants);
- Provide sound management of grant agreements, commitments, and timely distribution of financial assistance;
- Prepare reports on the results of the project and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, and proactivity;
- Ability to work effectively with participants and assist them with project-related questions;
- Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Willingness to work with people is a must;
- Experience in working on coordination projects in student organizations will be a plus.
