Ingram Content Group (ICG) is searching for a Project Coordinator to join our team in New York. In this role, you will support cross‑functional publishing operations by coordinating tasks for Ingram Publishing Services (IPS) projects, business development activities, and day‑to‑day operational needs across multiple teams. You’ll also provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support for IPS to help ensure efficient workflows and continued business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or year for year related experience
- 1 year experience in sales, marketing or customer service
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Background in publishing or attended a publishing institute
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees and maintains contract databases, including updating key contract data points
- Creates organized workflows and documents to track key contract terms, renewals, and terminations; alerts relevant teams of upcoming milestones
- Facilitates contract workflow and deal routing through legal team
- Researches prospective clients and reviews submissions and intake forms for accuracy
- Pulls and analyzes BookScan and other sales reports in support of business development
- Provides digital sales and operations admin support, including documentation
- Supports influencer marketing, content creation, and social media campaigns
- Assists with metadata optimization initiatives as needed
- Creates and updates marketing materials, best practices, and process documentation
- Provides administrative support to VP/GM, IPS related to cross-brand initiatives and special projects
Hiring Salary Range: $26.61/hr to $32.97/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
