Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure the successful execution of various projects across our organization.

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up
  • Manage project resources and assist in resource allocation
  • Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Maintain and update project management tools and systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • PMP certification or other project management certifications are a plus
