Estimated annual base pay: $56,800 (minimum) - $71,000 (midpoint) - $85,200 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Project Coordinator, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
The Project Coordinator II supports a Systems/Platform PM or Engineering Supervisor in coordinating project activities, including leading multi-disciplinary teams through the Product Life Cycle (PLC). They manage hardware procurement for testing and customer shipments and may interact with suppliers and customers. This role may also lead minor, low-risk PLC projects under the guidance of a Program Manager.
What you will be doing…
Create and maintain project schedules using project management tools and track project schedules, budgets, and CTC within the PLC process.
Coordinate and expedite hardware needed for testing customer shipments while reading and executing MRP to meet schedule requirements.
Engage independently with customers and facilitate project issues with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement activities and project status meetings, maintaining action item lists.
Track and update resource requirements, manage engineering changes, and assist with Gate presentations and WPDS management.
Support profit planning, SPAP, and PPAP activities as necessary for assigned projects.
Identify and resolve conflicts on projects and prioritize work assignments in support of development projects.
What we are looking for…
Education:
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
US – High School Diploma
Experience:
Experience in similar job function (e.g. Development Project Coordination, Production Planning, NPI Processes)
Manufacturing processes knowledge
License & Certifications:
Professional certification
