Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator who thrives on turning moving pieces into predictable outcomes. In this role, you’ll keep projects on track, delight clients, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact cybersecurity and compliance services—fast.

• Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, tracking scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, scheduling, and issue escalation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, action logs, meeting notes, reports).
• Facilitate regular stand-ups and status meetings with internal consultants, sales, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor task completion in Asana and ensure data hygiene for accurate resource and KPI reporting.
• Anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and drive prompt issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives—identify process gaps and help implement best practices.

• 2+ years of project coordination experience—ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or consulting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Nice to have:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001) or compliance programs.
