The Integrated Aviation Solutions (IAS) Division of Leidos has a need for a Project Coordinator at their location in Bridgewater, VA. This role is an opportunity to serve a wide range of Leidos leaders, government customers and help support our deployed personnel support the warfighters.
What’s in it for you?
The Project Coordinator will support both the Director of Operations and the Division Manager in day-to-day support based on current projects. This will include providing meeting notes/minutes, managing/communicating schedule requests, submitting travel plan/expense reports and other tasks as identified. This role may require travel to support program reviews, proposals and other events as required.
THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)
The Project Coordinator will collaborate with colleagues across the division to support program execution. This will include schedule and cost meetings, building PowerPoint charts and presenting to Leidos Stakeholders/Gov. Customers, assisting with quality assurance to ensure corrective action timelines are met and tracked. This role will also be responsible for facility oversite and communicating issues with the landlord/security as well as ordering/stocking supplies for the Bridgewater facility. The Project Coordinator will have an opportunity to apply problem-solving skills and creative ideas while as they develop an understanding of our business and customer needs.
This role will also require assisting with monthly spend plan analysis which requires heavy use of Microsoft excel, some financial reporting experience and potentially Microsoft Project. This opportunity may also liaison with our Safety and Configuration Management teams and any experience in those areas would be preferred but not required.
Lastly, the Project Coordinator will be heavily involved in proposal support, managing BOE templates in excel and working with program/division directors in collecting the information. This person will then communicate with other corporate functions within Leidos to ensure data is accurate and delivered on time to meet proposal schedules. The Project Coordinator should have a strong understanding of excel formulas and ability to navigate tables within excel.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)
BA degree and 2 – 4 years of project management/project coordination or other relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience in general and advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with SharePoint/Web portals.
Knowledge of the methods and procedures for producing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records and deliveries.
Must be able to work without direct supervision and possess excellent interpersonal and customer coordination skills.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work and communicate with personnel at all levels.
Must be a resident or willing to relocate to the Shenandoah Valley Virginia area.
Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing project support to Department of Defense contracts including managing program CDRLs.
Experience populating Basis of Estimate, Level of Efforts and overall Finance experience
Previous records and database management experience.
Proficiency with the Leidos and other personnel databases.

Pay Range:Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
