About The Opportunity:
The Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a small team of bank clerks. This team is responsible in managing a front desk that collects bank-related documents and processes these documents into the bank's core system. This position ensures that all customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively, while also managing the department's resources and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:

Manage the department's resources in the most efficient manner and highlight any issues to Management that will allow the operation to improve consistently.

The project has a customer desk linked to back office operations, requiting meticulous operational planning and seamless execution

Ensure that the 17 members assigned to the project are adequately tasked to perform cross-functional activities.

Must be able to create quick work schedules as the project is agile, hence requiring the 17 members to toggle between the work processes, thus ensuring all team members are assigned optimal tasks.

Project is target based, hence the coordinator is responsible for ensuring that individual and team targets are met.

The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that work instructions received from the client’s focal point is adequately addressed and disseminated down into the workstreams

Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the department's leader. Reporting is one of the key metrics required by the customer. The reporting formats will be mutually discussed and sharing period agreed. This schedule needs to be followed.

Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain's information security policy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Training in Data Confidentiality, Quality Assurance, Excel

Customer service and operational experience
-
Knowledge of working in/and supervising a team.

Knowledge of time management, resource management, and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers handling knowledge

Project supervision and client liaison experience
