We’re looking for a Project Management pro for a standout South Boston fabrication company in the window treatment niche focused on quality, collaboration, and exemplary customer service. If you’re looking to add efficiency to a business and oversee unique, detailed projects in a creative, lucrative niche, this one’s for you!
Schedule: 8-5pm, M-F onsite at our South Boston workroom.
Compensation: Offer range of $70-80k/year, experience dependent

- PTO: 10 days/year. Accrual based in year 1.

A Day in the Life in 4 Parts
- Account Management: Act as an account manager to our interior design partners, learning the scope of their projects and carrying them through to implementation (from estimate to installation).
- Project Management: Procure product per project, consulting with vendor partners + other stakeholders, updating our CRM and actively communicating in the moment where necessary.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including design partners, vendors, installers, workroom associates, management, and other project managers. Update each stakeholder where needed, taking a deadline and process based approach to each project.
Qualified Applicants Have:
- A proven track record in project management handling high-dollar projects.
- Former interior design procurement management experience and/or similar/translatable skillset.
- Experience and/or agility with Airtable.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Experience in fabrication or the window treatment niche.
- A thirst for efficiency and a go-to, figure-it-out factor.
