Job Description

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE: The Project Coordinator partners directly with the Regional Director and local line managers to provide administrative and operational processing support and ensures adequate operations coverage across the region. The Project Coordinator serves as the lead Operations team member within the assigned Region and is the primary team point of contact in overseeing logistics, project setup, creation of report templates, and billing inquiries while meeting the team and client's deadlines. This is a Hybrid role.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as Business Partner to Regional Director, local line manager, and expert field staff.
  • Provides direct support to the Regional Director and local line manager.
  • Oversight of WIP/Accounts Receivables/Collections for the region.
  • Oversight of milestone tracking and compliance for the assigned region.
  • Refreshes and/or produces Regional reports at the direction of the Regional Director.
  • Responsible for coordinating logistics for onboarding of new expert field staff within the region.
  • Provides direction and guidance on work assignments to other Ops staff within the region.
  • Provide administrative support to expert field staff, including but not limited to opportunity setup, conflict checks, matter conversion, matter maintenance, etc.
  • Provides backfill support for other regional operations roles as needed for overflow work or PTO.
  • Completion of quarterly training as assigned or approved by supervisor.
  • Maintains established relationships with current clients and consultants.
  • Works closely with team members across Operations (Billing, Licensing, Equipment, etc.) as well as the organization to ensure top notch service for both internal and external clients.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information, exercising sound judgment and discretion in any disclosure of information related to Envista Forensics and its endeavors.
  • Adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as applicable regulations and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in business administrative and/or demonstrated customer service delivery within an office environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated capabilities as a highly effective communicator.
  • Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, paying attention to details and meeting deadlines. Proactively identifies and actions ideas, anticipates issues and opportunities, taking action as appropriate
  • Advanced capabilities in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, Teams)
  • Firm understanding of financial concepts such as WIP, AR/Collections, Cash Conversion Cycle, etc.
  • Teamwork, compassion, and respect toward others, in keeping with our 5 Guiding Principles, as well as integrity, accountability and adherence to standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct, and open and honest communication.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Ability to self-initiate and create momentum with partial guidance or information.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Project Management experience is not required, but a plus.

Education:

  • BA or BS degree in business or related field is preferred.
