Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking new studies awarded for the Specialty Labs.
- Responsible for logistical project-specific setup activities including, folder creation in the network, budget review, LIMS data entry and email notification to the internal teams in accordance with applicable SOPs and processes.
- Responsible for project-specific closure activities including, sample inventory report generation from the LIMS, sample reconciliation, sample disposition coordination with external and internal teams and sample shipment documentation as necessary in accordance with applicable SOPs and processes.
- Establish excellent working relationships with client project teams to ensure client satisfaction and operations excellence.
- Assists with day-to-day project support of; LIMs data entry, basic client communications (logistical questions).
- Provide support to the assigned Project Manager with their responsibilities in a collaborative fashion as needed.
- Attends all required meetings as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Acts efficiently in an environment with dynamic timelines and priorities and demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and make timely decisions.
- Contributes to technical policies, such as SOPs.
- Responds to team queries in a timely manner.
- Takes ownership for the quality and standard of own work.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Experience needed:
- 1-2 years of professional work experience with at least one year of experience in clinical study in a CRO setting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision
- Organized with attention to detail
