We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with the successful execution of technology projects for clients. This role will support Worksighted's Professional Services Department through coordinating project plans, organizing implementation, and providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • You have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in project coordination or business management. 
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Projects & Teams). Prior experience with ConnectWise is a plus!
  • You have a customer-first orientation and the ability to communicate effectively.

What You’re Accountable For:

  • Performing basic project management duties such as reviewing the project plan, finalizing the budget, and communicating regularly with clients via ConnectWise, email, or phone.
  • Understanding overall project objectives and the role and function of each project team member.
  • Participating in project planning meetings to clearly identify scope, needs, and priorities in order to support the goals of the project.
  • Coordinating multiple, small technology projects at one time
  • Assisting with the delivery and implementation of basic projects that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Processing monthly invoices for basic projects.
  • Ensuring that all technical and project documentation is maintained during projects and handed-off post project completion.
  • Documenting and following-up on important actions from meetings.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third party stakeholders to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements. 
  • Recording and assisting with project issues, performing risk management and escalating to leadership when needed.
  • Communicating with clients by keeping them informed on progress, notifying them of impending changes, agreed outcomes, and downtime.
  • Working closely with Sales, Implementation Services Manager, Project Engineers, Design Engineers, and other team members to continuously evolve and improve our processes using best in class methodologies.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients and providing excellent service with a client-centric attitude. Driving a high level of client satisfaction by maintaining specific knowledge of the client and how services and products relate to their business strategy and goals. 
  • Facilitating change order process and working with internal teams to communicate changes.
  • Any other duties and tasks that are required by the Company.
