Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support research and project initiatives through Chestnut's Lighthouse Institute.

This role combines project coordination, training, communication, and organization. You'll help keep complex projects moving forward while developing training materials, coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, supporting reporting requirements, and working directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

You'll also have opportunities to serve as a lead trainer, independently coordinate training and consultation activities, and help develop the tools, procedures, and resources that support successful project implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a lead trainer for assigned projects, including planning training activities, developing materials, scheduling sessions, and coordinating follow-up.
  • Identify and coordinate additional trainers or consultants when needed to support project activities.
  • Assist project managers and research scientists with meeting funding requirements, including program plans, quarterly reports, and final reports.
  • Develop and update training materials, support packages, internal procedures, and operational manuals.
  • Maintain detailed project files and tracking systems to monitor activities, clients, assessments, production, and deliverables.
  • Independently coordinate and conduct training and consultation activities, including arranging client and staff needs.
  • Train and oversee consultants supporting training, quality assurance, data entry, outreach, and other project activities.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure projects, services, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, colleagues, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence in all interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client, financial, project, and organizational information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in social science or another relevant field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in providing training and coordinating complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Experience developing technical documentation, operational policies, procedures, training materials, or similar resources.

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to adjust work hours and occasionally work additional hours to meet key project deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and private automobile insurance required.
  • Must meet agency requirements for automobile insurance coverage.
