Coordinates implementation of vocational training project activities across assigned locations. Plans and monitors training programs, beneficiary enrollment and progress, project deliverables, documentation, reporting, and quality. Collaborates with trainers, families, beneficiaries, community stakeholders, management, and funding agencies. Organizes awareness and engagement events while supporting beneficiaries with skill development, job placement, self-employment, and livelihood opportunities.
