Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our Project & Development Services team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will provide essential project, financial and administrative support while gaining exposure to the delivery of a diverse range of property and construction projects.This role will suit someone with strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills and previous experience in business administration or project coordination.
Job Description
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative, financial and project coordination support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
Assist with project revenue forecasting and the preparation of Project Agreement Forms.
Raise and manage purchase orders, invoice requests and project budgets.
Support the management of PAFs, RFPOs, debtors and other project financial processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and help ensure the financial integrity of the business unit.
Prepare financial information and data for business reports.
Assist with fee proposals, client presentations and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Support projects from initiation through to delivery and close-out.
Deliver assigned projects with guidance from a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Provide guidance to new team members on relevant business processes and operational systems.
Maintain high standards of document management and quality assurance.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in project coordination, business administration or a similar support role.
An understanding of the Australian property, construction or building industry.
Strong financial acumen and exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience using corporate or financial systems such as JDE, SAP or Workday would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
The ability to organize, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
