- Develop and maintain a clear project plan with deadlines to ensure timely completion and to guide the team throughout the project
- Organize and allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and effective project execution, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Track project regularly progress, identify potential problems early, and implement solutions to keep the project on track and within scope.
- Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes, to ensure their expectations are met and support is maintained.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement action plans to minimize the impact on the project.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all project-related documents and correspondence for future reference and audits
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks of the project simultaneously, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, deadlines are met, and the project remains organized and on track.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
