Job Purpose: 
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects. This role will coordinate between cross-functional teams, track progress, manage documentation, and assist in communication to keep all stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and execution of projects.

  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers in Clickup.

  • Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Identify and escalate project risks, bottlenecks, or issues to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.

  • Assist in preparing status updates, presentations, and performance reports.



Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support role (preferably in marketing).

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Click up, Trello, Asana, or similar).

  • Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).

  • Knowledge of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Core Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving and proactive follow-up attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Experience working in a marketing, IT, or creative agency environment.
