This is a remote role
The Project Coordinator will report to Operations Manager and assist with the logistics of onboarding new clients, support monthly invoicing of services, oversee a small team, and assist management team in daily office activities. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinates new client on boarding for invoicing, projects, Share Point set up, and EMR accesses.
- Communicates regularly with clients including performing follow-up on EMR accesses, project schedules and uploading of medical record information, sending project reports / deliverables, scheduling meetings and education calls and solve for problems that may arise.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of employees. Provide guidance and support to ensure projects milestones are met.
- Attend daily operational meeting to report status of projects.
- Support Project Leads, Managers, and Directors as they oversee client needs and expectations to ensure projects meet scope, requirements, and deliverables are on-time and of high quality.
- Keep internal reporting and tracking tools up to date to ensure accurate information for invoicing clients and performance monitoring.
- Support Operations Manager in monthly client and contractor invoicing.
- Perform production work as needed to ensure on-time delivery of work to clients.
- Perform quarterly quality reviews of coordinator I and II performance.
- Track team member performance, provide feedback and implement improvements to enhance production and quality.
- Support team with department key performance indicators and goals (SLAs).
- Embrace workforce transformation by engaging in continuous knowledge expansion across additional functional areas and/or upskilling (learning new skills) to support evolving organizational and client needs.
- Contribute to organizational optimization by collaborating to identify opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous enhancements to workflows and operations that promote quality and efficiency.
- Prepares oral and/or written reports of client and audit activity for Manager, meeting with them on a regular basis to review individual performance, mentoring, and succession planning.
