Provide mentoring and support to students in the Certified Professional Biller Training course, evaluating performance and facilitating learning through various technologies and teaching methods.

Guide prospective students toward suitable career paths, prospect and nurture inbound and outbound leads, manage sales pipelines, meet quotas, close enrollments, and report accurate sales projections. The role involves high-volume calling, admissions funnel management, customer relationship building, and collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive B2C sales.

Drive outbound and inbound sales to build partnerships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and workforce training centers. Prospect, qualify, and manage a full sales desk: schedule meetings, create proposals, close deals, renew and expand accounts. Hit activity and revenue targets, maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and collaborate with marketing, senior reps, and delivery teams to support proposals and implementations.

Lead design and launch of healthcare AI-related accreditation and assurance programs. Develop assessment methodologies, governance, quality processes, assessor qualifications, and operational infrastructure. Partner with healthcare organizations, tech vendors, regulators, and stakeholders to pilot, commercialize, and scale assurance offerings.

Build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds; create integrations and API connections; develop automations with Flow and Apex; build Lightning Web Components; use OmniStudio for Education Cloud; perform admin tasks, reporting, deployments, and troubleshooting; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a scalable, healthy org.
