About the Role
Pelican Cabinets & Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our remodeling and cabinetry projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential remodeling and cabinetry projects from start to finish.
- Schedule installations and communicate with customers, vendors, and installers.
- Track project timelines, materials, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and job records.
- Assist with estimating, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Previous project coordination, construction, or remodeling experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
