About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support and manage cross-functional project planning activities across various domains, including construction, ICT, and technology projects. The role involves managing integrated work plans, coordinating between multidisciplinary teams, monitoring project progress, and preparing management reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules using Gantt planning tools.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, ICT teams, and additional professional units.
- Build and maintain integrated work plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify gaps, risks, and schedule deviations.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
- Support project control processes and ensure alignment between different project teams.
- Assist in coordinating complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Gantt planning tools and project scheduling methodologies.
- Experience supporting project management activities in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
- Experience working with multiple interfaces and coordinating between different professional teams.
- Experience in preparing integrated work plans, reports, and management presentations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in construction, ICT, infrastructure, or technology projects – an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field – an advantage.
- Willingness to obtain a security clearance.
