Full-time Project Coordinator position available with Haworth’s largest, global contract furniture dealer. Established in 1981, we are a 2nd generation, family-owned company looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.
The Project Coordinator is an integral part of the team and will assist the Project Team in the following duties:
Duties Include:
- Will carry primary responsibility to create quotes, budgets and preliminary schedules.
- Place orders, track acknowledgements, purchase orders, and all relevant steps in the order entry and follow-up process.
- Responsible for processing corrective actions, warranty claims, check requests, and act as a general liaison between the Project Team and Accounting.
- Attend project update meetings regularly.
Requirements:
- This position requires 2+ years of work experience in Administrative and Accounting Management.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel capabilities preferred and/or Google Suite products.
- Above-average organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities preferred.
- Candidates should have outstanding people skills and should demonstrate the highest personal, moral, and business standard “face” as constant client contact is required.
