Job requirements
Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management, the Project Coordinator, Technical Program Management is responsible for:
- Maintain and update project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status trackers across active programs
- Coordinate meetings — prepare agendas, capture minutes, distribute action items, and follow up on outstanding items
- Manage project documentation on SharePoint — naming conventions, version control, and folder structure
- Track vendor and procurement milestones and flag delivery risks to the program team
- Prepare weekly status update decks and program summaries for leadership review
- Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate site access logistics across Canadian operations
- Assist the Scheduler with milestone data entry, cross-program tracking, and schedule updates
Job responsibilities
Required
- 2+ years in a project coordinator or administrative delivery role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting infrastructure, data center, or technology deployment programs
- Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- CAPM or working toward PMP certification
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-vendor delivery environments

Compensation
- The expected base salary for this role starts at $70,000
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.
- Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive).
